A big THANK YOU to all the volunteers who took time out of their weekend to help out at the obedience and rally trials stewarding, timing, leash running, setting up and breaking down equipment.  Whenever we needed something done, someone was there to step in and help. This was a great group! We had lots of fun and the good weather helped.

Huge CONGRATS to all the people who earned titles and legs this weekend. It was particularly heartwarming to see some new people in Novice A Obedience and Level 1A rally who did a GREAT job of preparing their dogs for the ring. Way to go! We had two people finish their level 3 rally titles- Camille/Jetta and Mike/Hatch!  It was also great to see Jill/Grady finish their UCDX and give utility a go!  LOTS of accomplishments this weekend. -- Prepared by Pat Kalbaugh

Canine Good Citizen Evaluations

Testing for AKC Canine Good Citizen certification was conducted during July and August.  The CGC evaluator was Marty Messick.  Facilitator was Hazel Reynolds.

The "friendly dog" was played by Otto (BMD).   Volunteers who assisted with the evaluations were: Sue McGowan, Sandy Harris, Martha Quinn, and George Utermohle.

 

The following dogs received their CGC Certifications:

Rosie, Chihuahua mix (handled by Jorden Nigro)

Avellana, Pit Bull (handled by Sabrina Nelson)

Luna, Spanish Water Dog (handled by Waylon Jeffries)
