Handler must be a current member of CKCOJ Nosework Small Team One. 

Registration:

• To register by Paper form and pay by check or cash (or use Doggie Dollar-max. 50%), download and fill out the "PDF Registration Form" listed below. Contact the facilitator by email on how to submit the paper forms and check.

NOTE: If you use the paper registration method, your registration will not be processed until received. Members using online registration may fill the slots before your check is received.
